Accessory charger with internal cooling fan, which can be plugged into an ordinary household power outlet. When charging with batteries removed, the charger can charge one battery at a time. If a second charger is used, two batteries could be charged simultaneously. When connected to the bike through the plug-in charge cable kit, one charger can charge both batteries at the same time because of the battery management system in the bike.
